Xanthorrhoea preissii - Grass Tree - 30 seeds

The Grass Tree is both striking and unusual, they can be grown with a single or forked trunk and have a crown of long narrow grass like leaves and maybe a skirt of older dead foliage. 
 
They produce a long thick central flower spike crowded with small creamy flowers.
Although a mature plant may take many years to reach its full height of approximately 1.8m, growth is rapid in its early stages attaining a spread of 1m in about four years.
