Leptospermum liversedgei is a small to medium sized shrub usually growing up to 2m in height with a compact or erect habit, the foliage is crowded and narrowly obovate and is strongly lemon-scented and is reputed to have mosquito repelling properties.

As with Manuka and Jelly Bush Leptospermum liversedgei is an excellent source of nectar and pollen for bees and exhibits the highly sought MGO constituents.

Flowers are a light soft white to a light pink, about 1cm in size and appearing in clusters or sprays giving the effect seen in the image.  Summer flowering, this tea tree is easy to grow, requires little special attention, quite fast growing and makes a very attractive showing.

It will take most soils but does best where ample moisture is available. It is frost hardy to -7°C and grows happily in either full sun or part shade.

As with all Leptospermum it is easily propagated from seed and is a low maintenance plant.

Approximately 200 premium quality seeds shipped on receipt of cleared funds.
