The Coral Climbing Pea is a vigorous climbing plant with dark green trifoliate leaves and a masses of orange red pea flowers and is a hardy climber often found in coastal regions in either sand dunes or coastal forest in its native habitat on the east coast of Australia from Victoria to Queensland. 
 
A profusion of flowers are produced in Spring and Summer and is a tough, hardy and adaptable plant that can be used either as a screen or as a groundcover and makes a fine and unusual showing.
