Ficus retusa - Ginseng Ficus / Cuban Laurel / Laurel Fig - 500 seeds

This SE Asian native is a fast growing large tree that has an equal height and spread usually 10m x 10m with a light grey, slightly striped trunk that is thick and bulbous reaching about 1m in diameter.  It has a dense thick canopy with a rounded habit, the leaves are dark glossy green, oval in shape and usually longer than 10cm.
 
Tolerates lower light levels and can be grown in large gardens, parks and makes a fantastic Bonsai specimen.
