Dietes grandiflora, commonly known as the Wild Iris is a drought tolerant, clump forming evergreen plant with strap like foliage and tall spikes of white and blue flowers over a long flowering period in the Spring and Summer. 
 
They can be left to form a large clump or dug up and divided.
