Cissus antarctica - Kangaroo Vine - 10 seeds

A fast growing Aussie native vine!
 
This is a fast growing Australian native woody climbing vine that grows 0.3 - 4m tall x 0.5 - 6m wide that has a vigorous and dense habit with glossy, leathery green leaves that are 10cm long with toothed edges and coppery new growth and stems and has climbing tendrils.
 
It has creamy yellow insignificant flowers, each being 5mm across, occurring on panicle like clusters in Spring to Autumn, these are then followed by a globose fruit, 15mm diameter and purplish in colour, birds love the fruit!
 
Native to the NSW coast and inland to South QLD, widespread in warmer rainforest, chiefly in coastal regions, in well developed upland rainforest and wet sclerophyll forest, behind beach dunes in littoral rainforest.
 
Great as a groundcover, privacy screen, poolside planting, containers, it is low maintenance and works well for erosion control.
 
Germination takes 3+ months from seeds but are well worth it!
