This is an Australian Native tree from SA, VIC and TAS occurring on low hills and ranges in Eucalyptus woodland, has an upright spreading habit with rough dark brown to black furrowed bark, bluish green to grey phyllodes and pale yellow to cream globular flowers in Summer.
It is drought and frost tolerant and also tolerates soil salinity, it is low maintenance so a great choice for verges, road batters, as a wind break, in gardens and parks and for soil erosion.
