Eucalyptus salubris, commonly known as Gimlet Mallet, is a small non-lignotuberous Mallet Gum that is found naturally in Western Australia and growing to 15m in height it is grown as an ornamental for its excellent form, fluted trunks and colourful bark.Bark is smooth throughout, shiny, steely grey or olive green to tan, coppery or yellow, shown to great advantage on the numerous trunks.Flowers are pale cream to white and mature foliage is a very glossy green.It is a frost hardy species that can take heavy clay or sandy soils, it is at its best in a dry climate with low rainfall.50 premium quality seeds shipped on receipt of cleared funds.
